2. Nature of the Service
The Service consists of a digital interface assisted by artificial intelligence installed at the venue. Its function is to provide information, general assistance, and interactive experiences within the physical space. The user understands that this is an automated system whose operation may present limitations, variations, or errors inherent to AI-based technologies.
3. Information Collected
The Service does not collect personal data, does not store images, does not identify individuals, does not record audio, and does not use biometric technology.
The system only processes technical and operational information necessary for its operation, such as:
- General navigation patterns.
- Interaction time and intensity.
- Device performance and internal metrics.
- Anonymized data from sensors (presence detection, distance, estimated age range, perceived gender, etc.).
All processed information is non-identifiable, does not allow recognition of a person, and is not linked to personal data.
4. Purpose of Information Processing
Information generated by the device is used exclusively for:
- Research and statistical analysis.
- Continuous improvement of system performance.
- Optimization of the user experience.
- Training and updating of artificial intelligence algorithms in an aggregated and non-identifiable manner.
The information is not commercialized, is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and is not used to identify users.
5. Proper Use of the Device
The user agrees to use the device responsibly. The following is not permitted:
- Manipulating, damaging, or interfering with the hardware or software.
- Attempting to access internal settings or unauthorized systems.
The user shall be responsible for any damage caused by improper or negligent use.
6. Intellectual Property

Use of the kiosk does not grant any right of reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of such elements.
7. Security and Technical Limitations
The company implements reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the system. However, the user acknowledges that:
- No technological system is completely invulnerable.
- There may be residual risks associated with digital technologies.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and may present:

Inquiries or claims related to the venue should be directed to the establishment.
10. Artificial Intelligence Operation
The user understands that:
- AI operates through probabilistic models.
- Responses may vary between interactions.
- System behavior may be modified without prior notice due to improvements or updates.
11. Service Modifications
The company may introduce adjustments, improvements, or changes to the Service without prior notice, including modifications to its interface, behavior, models, or functionalities.
