Morsis MCP
Use Morsis from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants
The Morsis MCP server connects your AI assistant to your Morsis account. Ask in your own words to check sales, change prices or prepare a supplier order, and the assistant does it with your permissions.
https://mcp.morsis.com/mcpBefore you connect
- A Morsis account. You sign in with it: there is no API key.
- The MCP module turned on for your organization. An admin turns it on, and chooses the tool groups the assistant can use, in Settings → Modules → MCP.
- The assistant can only do what your user can do: every action follows your permissions and your branches.
Connect your assistant
Claude
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and select Add custom connector.
- Enter Morsis as the name and paste the server URL.
- Select Connect and sign in with your Morsis account.
ChatGPT
- In the ChatGPT settings, turn on developer mode.
- Add a custom MCP server with the server URL and choose OAuth as the authentication.
- Sign in with your Morsis account when ChatGPT asks you to.
Other clients
Any client that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP with OAuth works. The first time, the client opens your browser so you can sign in.
claude mcp add --transport http morsis https://mcp.morsis.com/mcpcodex mcp add morsis --url https://mcp.morsis.com/mcp
codex mcp login morsis{

}
}Sign-in and permissions
You sign in with your Morsis account through OAuth. You never create or paste an API key.
On the consent screen you choose which organizations the assistant can use and how much it can do in them:
- View only: it looks things up but changes nothing.
- View and edit: it can also create and change records.
- Allow delete and archive: it can also delete and archive records.
The connection lasts 30 days. After that, connect again from your assistant.
To disconnect, remove the Morsis connector or server in your assistant.
What you can do
The tools come in groups. Your organization's admin chooses which groups are on.
- CatalogLook up products. Create and edit products, prices, cost recipes and codes. Prepare branch and channel overrides as drafts, then validate and apply changes in bulk.
- Suppliers and supplier ordersLook up your suppliers and prepare and follow up orders to them.
- Inventory and stockCheck your inventory and stock levels.
- Production compositionsWhat each item you produce is made of.
- Sales and product rankingSales figures and the products that sell the most.
- PurchasesThe purchases you make from your suppliers.
- OrdersYour customers' orders and their status.
- Accounts receivable and payableWhat your customers owe you and what you owe your suppliers.
- Website contentThe content of your website.
- BranchesYour branches and their details.
- Notes and remindersNotes and reminders in Morsis.
What the assistant does not do on its own
- Every change asks for your confirmation: the assistant shows what it is going to do before it does it.
- A person publishes catalogs. The assistant prepares the changes and someone on your team publishes them in Morsis.
- No tool moves money. Supplier payments are only recorded, never sent.
Example prompts
- Which 10 products sold the most last week?
- Raise all coffee prices by 8% as a draft and show me the changes before you apply them.
- How much do we owe each supplier, and which bills are due this week?
- Prepare an order to our dairy supplier for 20 liters of milk and 5 kg of butter.
- Remind me on Friday to count the cheese stock at the downtown branch.
Data and privacy
When the assistant uses a tool, the data the tool returns goes to the AI provider you connected, under your own account and terms with that provider. This can include products, stock, sales, orders, accounts receivable and payable, supplier contact details and employee names. We keep the sign-in tokens and a log of tool calls for security and auditing.
